Review: Too dull - Nice construction but the spikes are so dull and short. My normally over sensitive toddler stood on it barefoot and giggled. It feels okay laying shirtless on it but I never felt pain or much of anything. I'm returning it for a spikier one. Review: Provides wonderful pain and stress relief. - This is such an amazing help. To stand on it, sit on it or lay on it feels so great. I even fell asleep on it last night. I had placed it on my bed and felt so much relief I fell asleep. I took it today to show my friends and they all fell in love with it too. The bag it is in makes it easy to carry. I found it a great amount of pressure. It was best for me without a thick shirt. The thinner the better.
