Ingenious Product!
Thank you for an ingenious product! I have been baking sourdough breads and more for about a year. It’s definitely an art, learned/tweaked by trial and error. I baked my first sourdough boule today with wonderful results! We're a small family, so the boule size is perfect for us. I love that I can mix, proof and bake in the same bowl! And clean up is a breeze. Quick shipping also. I'm thankful I found this in the KitchenAid store on Amazon. KitchenAid.com is temporarily out of stock on this item. Thank you Amazon!

Durable
I make sourdough bread and this is a step saver. I let my starter bubble in it, turn around mix everything in it, cover let proof in it:: then out and back in to bake in it! One bowl everything!!!Very nicely made. Fits my Kitchen aid perfectly!

Great for sour dough bakers!
My Daughter is a sour dough bread maker, she loves this especially the size, baking and the dough feeding can all be done in one bowl. Works well, the bread is easy to remove and it is a great value for the money . The bread looks great !

I should have read more it was just for the bowl, bowl was/is good quality but I wanted the mixer, I returned bowl getting mixer now

One of my favorite kitchen tools
So so good. This bowl makes mixing, proofing, and baking a breeze. It is beautiful, well made, heavy. My bread always turns out beautifully when baked in this bowl. I also have liked several of the recipes (like the giant cinnamon roll) that came with this bowl. If you bake bread often, you need this.

Best price on market
I compared several of the same mixers from different stores online and in store. With the free shipping this was the best price and it came with the appropriate attachments. You have to watch some deals don’t always have the attachments
