takes a few days to start working.
i started using it a week ago. 2 pipettes 2/3x a day. after a few days i noticed i didn't need to clear my throat as much. a week in now and i'm starting to expel some phlegm in the morning (gross, i know but that means it's starting to work) and throughout the day i'm feeling clearer and my smokers cough isn't so nasty. i take it directly, tastes very sweet, somewhat sickly but definitely manageable once washed down. if you can remember to take it as least twice daily then it'll definitely be worth it :)

Pleasant taste but not sure of effectiveness
I purchase many tinctures from centrella and I love them. Just not sure if this has made a difference to my general health. I will continue buying from them but maybe not this tincture. The taste is pleasant though and there packaging and delivery great as always.

L’ho quasi terminato, assumendone 40 gocce 2 volte al giorno. Ho riscontrato un notevole miglioramento del catarro (mi svegliavo sempre con un leggero accenno di catarro e raucedine, ora scomparsi). Lo riutilizzerò al bisogno. Questa marca è ottima!
