Helps my muscles "breathe"
I have fibromyalgia and always looking for something to help my muscles function better. Wow... I noticed my large muscle groups (arms and thighs) seem to stretch better and "breathe." The effect lasted several hours on one dose, but I don't take more than one dose per 24 hrs. So, I guess you could say it's good quality since it "worked." To note: I researched and made sure it would not interfere with other medications before I got it. They say if you are on heart meds, blood thinners or high blood pressure meds, you should not take it, or talk with your doctor about adjusting your med doses to try it.

It decreases the numbness around my scar..
These capsoles at easy to swallow. They were recommended by my Orthopedics doctor, after my knee replacement to elevate the numbness around my scar. I am on my third bottle and the numb area is shrinking. I will recommend this product to my friends.

They sell this stuff?
I hate to take these every day. The large, thin capsules are frequently cracked in the bottle, and as a result I have to taste this offensive powder daily. All the capsules are covered with it, plus my supply is lessened by the breakage! I can only hope the quality of the medicine exceeds that of the capsule. I wont buy THIS again.
