Bought this because I have an unreasonable fear that a snake will slither up the pipes into my toilet in the middle of the night and will bite me on my hoo-haw. Instead of having to cut on the overhead lights and cause my pupils to dilate to the size of dinner plates at 2 AM, I can use this toilet light to save my drowsy eyes and unprotected nethers. You can change the light color to your preference or use the option to change colors in case you want a midnight disco bowl party. It senses motion from a pretty decent distance so it can also serve as a nightlight to prevent me from stumbling into my counter corners. Definitely like and will buy more to put on the other toilets in the house!

It is amazing and quite unique, it is very bright at night time, it’s very comfortable and a good price , the size fits well and is stable, Ichoose the blue color which looks wonderful in the dark.

Yes, it lights up. Yes its bright. BUT, It falls off easy. It has a light on the end of a bending flex area and its not quite long enough to STAY secured. If not pressed down as far as itll go, itll slip off because mechanical part is heavier than the part hooked over the rim. MAKE THE LIGHT PART LONGER. Maby I can velcro the thing to the front if the toilet??? UPDATE: Its been about a month abd the light stopped working. It never fell in the toilet abd no part had gotten wet. Around the light, you could barely see black burnt color around the tiny light. I asked Amazon for a refund ir replacement and they shipped a new one IMMEDIATELY! I returned the original to a drop off facility without ANY problem. WAY TO GO AMAZON for taking care if your customers!!! ( Unlike Ebay!!!) I'll never shop on Ebay ever again!! Thank Amazon! Take care if your customers and they'll take care if you by shopping wuth you all.

My kids absolutely love this toilet nightlight. It runs on batteries and has a motion sensor, so if they go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, they do not need to turn the main bright light on. It turns on automatically when they walk into the bathroom. I've even caught my 5 yr old little girl shutting off the lights and going to the bathroom in the dark during the day because she loves it so much! I wish I would've had this when we were potty training to encourage time spent in the bathroom. Upon arrival, I took it out of the package, threw some batteries in, and bent the adjustable part to fit the rim of my toilet while the seat is up. I left the light itself on the default setting, which cycles between every color slowly. The colors light up the whole toilet bowl, making it glow from within. The colors are vivid and beautiful (I know, kind of weird to call the color of a toilet bowl beautiful, ha!). It stays on for about a minute after it last senses movement, which is enough time for hand washing and back to bed for the kiddos. It hangs on the toilet with an adjustable arm, kind of like those little cleaning disks that hang on the edge of the toilet bowl. It's short enough to stay up out of the water with no problem, but I assume it is waterproof anyway. This product does have a warranty and would be replaced if it stopped working, but it is well built and doesn't feel cheap, so I have no concerns. It came with simple, clear instructions and a card to register the product online and receive a 30% off coupon for another product - I'm seriously debating getting another one for the other bathroom!

This makes going to the loo fun! It slowly changes from one color to another color and it is great for those that do not want to turn on the bright lights In the middle of the night! It is the right amount of brightness. It turns on every time using motion sensing. Easy to attach onto any toilet. This would be perfect for potty training because what kid would not love to see the changing colors! The only negative is that you are still going to need turn on the lights for #2, for obvious reasons.

No more running into things to get to the toilet in the early morning hours it comes on at exactly the right spot for you to see your way . Great buy ! I bought two one for each bathroom.

I love this product but this is the second one I have bought that stopped working. I tried new batteries, different batteries, but it just doesn't work anymore :(

I enjoyed the product. At first. Better the first set of batteries faded, only one light was left working, before the unit died. Took two months. I liked having light at night, so i bought another one. The adjustable rubber handle quickly snapped off, rendering the unit useless. I liked it but fool me three times...nah.
