My Favorite Hot Sauce

I am a Texan so I grew up putting hot sauce on everything. I was reading something in Spanish which had a description of Guacamaya Sauce so I decided to try it. The first time I tasted it, I wasn't sure whether I liked it or not. It was quite different from other hot sauces I had tried in the past. But the second time I tried it, I was hooked! It is great on just about everything, and it was absolutely made for pork, which I don't particularly care for but tastes delicious with Guacamaya Sauce. If you like hot sauce, I definitely recommend trying this one, but don't be put off if you don't like it the very first time. It grows on you.
