Absolutely fabulous really helpful as I have just trained and started teaching Aqua exercises on a voluntary basis. Really helpful and clear diagrams and explanations. Highly recommended this book

This is a very comprehensive book. I have access to a pool that is the right depth to perform the easy/med exercises. I have laminated an A4 to put at side of pool to go through a routine. I have a dodgy hip & 2 spinal discs so hope this will help me when I start soon.
