These do not come with glue. I used double sided 3M tape to stack them and that worked well.

Does this come with tape?

No not included, I used construction foam adhesive in a tube applied in an “X” pattern and pressed with the heel of my palms. Depending upon the application, one tube is good for about 24 to 36 tiles. I understand the tape is more expensive but works well.

Does the panels have good sound proofing effect? I don't want to disturb my roommate when I practice guitar.

Yes, it will be a great idea to put them on the wall and door, they do well in noise dampening. And they are cost effctive, too.
