YIMAGUJRX Black Kailh GM 8.0 Mouse Switch for Gaming Mouse 4Pcs

Spilled some coffee on my G203 Lightsync that caused the action to get really mushy, making it feel absolutely awful to use. Also had an older G203 Prodigy that had the worn-out switch bounce causing double clicks. Opened up both to try and clean them, but wound up unsuccessful. Bought these switches and after many weeks of sitting idle decided to do the replacement today. Took a few hours with my basic soldering skills, but managed to remove the switches and replace them, and they seem to work fine. A bit noisier than the original, but feels solid and is functional. If you've taken an electronics class or fiddle with taking apart electronics and are familiar with a soldering iron, and related tools this is a fairly straightforward replacement. If not, may want to find someone who is comfortable with the tools, or just buy a replacement device. I had to buy replacement mouse feet because I messed up the old ones trying to get at the screws needed to open the mice up (I found a q-tip with rubbing alcohol is a good way to temporarily weaken the adhesive enough to carefully pull them off without ripping the pads in half). Not sure if they'll hold up for years like the originals did. We'll just have to let time tell.

Nice upgrade switches for most mouse. I use with my ASUS ROG Aimpoint. Nice heavy click feel, no chance of erroneous double clicks.

I had a Logitech M570 that had the annoying issue of double clicking or not allowing me to click and drag. It seems the switch went bad. I bought these switches to replace the stock switches and they work great. After replacing, there is no more double click and they are very responsive. They fit perfectly in place of the stock switches I removed. They did require desoldering and soldering back 3 pins each, but they are pretty large through hole leads, so that wasn't a problem.

This review is for RUNJRX YIMAGUJRX Black Kailh GM 8.0 Mouse Switch for Gaming Mouse. First thing to know is installation of these switches require soldering skills. I replaced the original OEM switches used in my Logitech T-BC21 Trackman Marble Trackball Wired Mouses which became unreliable after only a few months of use. The Black Kailh GM 8.0 switches are a direct upgrade replacement for the original switches, same solder terminal footprint, height, button action etc. The Kailh GM 8.0 are slightly louder than the originals but provide good user feedback. I've been using the T-BC21 Trackman Marble Trackball daily for about 8 months and they are still reliable. YMMV

Bought my Logitech here on amazon a few months ago and sure enough, got the dreaded double click and right click not holding. Time to change the switches. I actually wanted the Omron D2F-01F but they were out of stock. So instead I got these. The switches are a bit stiffer than the original switches, so you may have to get used to that. For me, I had to get used to it. Anyway, no more double click issues and no need to buy another mouse.

Nice and clicky

These feel great. Swapped them out on my g502 lightspeed. It will work with any other g502. I tried to swap these out on a hero because the included switches on the left and right click aren't very good. For some reason the 502 lightspeed includes these switches on all other buttons but used omron switches for the left and right click. KNOW HOW TO SOLDER SO YOU DON'T MESS UP YOUR NEW MOUSE. Find a youtube video that explains how to remove 3 switches nodes at once so you dont burn the mouse PCB and will have a successful mod.

Used these switches after my corsair harpoon started double clicking and now its clicking better than ever

Excellent weight and feel, quiet enough not to bother anyone, but loud enough to provide audible feedback of a click. Time will tell if these last any reasonable length of time, but anything has to be better than the absolute e-waste Logitech includes in their mice.

Ayudaron a revivir mi G Pro X Superlight que ya empezaba a tener problemas de doble click. Super fáciles de instalar si sabes soldar. Sin duda una compra que vale la pena realizar si estás pensando cambiar los switches a tu mouse. Incluso si aún funcionan y quieres algo un poco más táctil.
