These are so cool. Look great, super sturdy and amazingly comfortable

Was gifted one of these, immediately purchased this one. Easily assembled, sturdy, well painted--just love them for use by my grill.

I liked that the seats are easy to assemble and adjust. Not really pleased that the feet of the stools are rough and can easily scratch flooring. The seats are comfortable, they look nice and seem to be very durable.

surprisingly sturdy and comfortable.The green color has a nice rustic finish to it. The tractor seat is amazingly comfortable. You need to use the lock under the seat to tighten the shaft to stop wobbling. This stool is heavy but that is the way we like it.

These are comfy to sit in while hanging out at my home bar. However, a leg broke off and there appears to be no way to repair or replace it. Pot metal stand.

I was surprised to learn I had to assemble this item. It looked very intimidating, but really was a piece of cake to do. Very well made item.

I ordered 3 of these and had to exchange them twice until finally returning them. After a few uses the base of the chairs breaks. They look great but the quality is extremely poor.

I had high hopes for these tractor seats. They are just the look I am going for and i remembered the seat being much more comfortable than ordinary flat stools.Comfort: in fact, however, I did not find these to be comfortable, especially if you try to spread your legs out at all (it puts pressure on the hips, thighs, so just keep your legs pointed straight forward). Aesthetically, I liked that the foot rest was only in one direction, not the pyramidal construction of some other saddle stools; however, for comfort, you really need this foot rest to be comfortable sitting, so whats the point of it swiveling?Construction: As some have noted about some of these stools, at least the one I have opened, it leans way forward! Maybe it is more comfortable to lean against this way? If you try to swivvle 360 degrees around it feels a bit like you are sitting at the north pole of a classroom globe. My bar is at normal bar height and while i love that these stools are adjustable, you really have to wind them up to get them to be at the right height. The stem is not securely seated into the post and it wobbles around, of course this is worse when extended up.Assembly: These were fairly easy to assemble. You have to tighten some screws and nuts and washers down on the seat, the base, and the footrest. It would have been nice if they had provided an appropriately sized wrench to use as my medium sized crescent wrench was a little cumbersome and may have scratched the paint.Bottom line, they look nice, and they serve the intended purpose, but I think I will return them.
