Leaves a bit to be desired
I bought this in a pinch cause I needed a new stand. I chose this one because of the reviews. I won't say its bad stand or that its cheaply made cause that's not exactly true. BUT, I will say there is some room for improvement. The legs on the stand just BARELY and I do mean BARLEY open up to stand it up. I loosed the screws to see if that would help... it didn't. The piece that connects the stand to the mannequin head is kinda weird too. It screws in fine but during the time you're using it, it will begin to unscrew. The ball joint for the head is decent, though it seems like a weird point to emphasize in the advertisement how it is sturdier than its plastics predecessor BUT the dang thing barely stays in place AND it's mounted in a plastic frame. How did this make sense to the manufacturer? And it seems to have balance issues when turned a certain way. Anywho, it will do for now, but I'm not banking on it lasting past the winter lol

Extends to 46” 7/8
Well, I was pretty impressed with the quality was good when I opened up the packaging. It’s pretty easy to set up without instructions. Then I had to use instructions to figure out how to extend it with the extenders provided. I also had to use pliers to pull out the original feet from the stand. Then I twisted the extenders up into the wig stand, and then tap the bottom to finish pressing it in. Don’t forget to tighten the wig holder (where your wig goes) with the fastener, so it doesn’t roll around.
