I received this product Feb. 2. Today is March 8, so not quite 5 weeks later. I have been applying this product twice a day and massaging it in vigorously. I have four scars. One is less than a year old, one is two years old, and the other two are from childhood. The most recent scar was depressed, and is now flat and easily covered with makeup. The two year old scar is toward my hairline. It was depressed and is also nearly flat now, easily covered with makeup and hair. The older scars are probably never going to look 100% but the directions say, keep applying for 3-6 months, so I will, just to see. This is long, but bottom line, I am VERY pleased, because the most recent scar was noticeable, and now it's not. It's totally worth the money, but you do have to apply every day for at least 5 weeks to see the results.

Only been using it about a month so far. It dries my skin out badly, leaving lots of flakes and redness. I will cut down on the amount I use and the frequency. I haven't noticed any visible improvement in scars yet, but it is too soon to tell. I will update this with a positive review in the future, if I see positive results. The low stars for now, are due to the skin irritation this causes.

I am using this to smooth the hyperpigmentated keloids from bug bites on my arms. It is too soon to fully gauge its effectiveness fully, but I do see a very minute/perceptible difference in their height. The topical is definitely affecting the skin area around them. The healthy skin is peeling off like a chemical peel. I would recommend using a “heavier” moisturizer like shea butter on the surrounding areas before applying. I do have to resist the urge to speed up the process of sloughing by pulling off skin. I apply it just before I go to bed. It is easy to squirt out more than is needed, so practice to not squeeze the tube. As these keloids are over a decade old, I do expect a longer length of time to see any real progress. It is not greasy and absorbs very quickly! The tube size will last for a while as I using very little each time.

Stuff really works!

I'm always suspicious when products make claims of amazing improvement. So, when I purchased this, I wasn't expecting a whole lot. Was I ever surprised!! Had to have a total shoulder replacement in April 2024. A 7-inch incision, which looked horrifically brutal, had been glued together and contained a lot of puckers. After several months, it hadn't improved and, typically an excellent healer, I became depressed because it remained reddened, brutal looking, and certainly wardrobe affecting. I saw a difference after using this product within a week. Still had a long way to go but a difference was obvious. Now, after 2 months of use, it is amazing the difference it has made. I expect if I'd known about the product earlier and began using it right after surgery (instead of several months later), the scar would be beautiful instead of improved. I highly recommend this product!
