Tudomro 30 Pieces Japanese Style Fabric Squares Fat Quarters Cotton Wrapping Cloth Quilting Fabric Bundles for DIY Patchwork Sewing

When i ordered this, i was expecting some cheap thin printed cloth. But was very surprised that when it arrived, it was a thick, very high end feeling fabric. The Japanese designs are crisp and clear, while the color palettes are bright and vivid. I couldn’t find one square in the mix that I didn’t like. Each one has a feel of its own. And to be honest here, you would have to be blind if you didn’t dig this set. Very seldom does it happen when you order something, and when it arrives you feel happy that you got your moneys worth. Well, this is one of those times. I just wish I had more projects to use this fabric on. But you can bet, that when that time comes up again, I will definitely be ordering more sets of this fabric. For me personally, I have been using them to make some small hand sewn 5”x2” stuffed (fish-bone) cat toys, which have turned out great. I try to make atleast 10 different fish bone cat toys from multiple motifs of fabric. As soon as I seen this Japanese fabric, I knew I had to do a complete set in this style. I will post a picture of a couple after they were finished. They definitely made a great addition to my ‘other sets’ I have done, including sets like, Halloween, animal print, Plaids, black & white, autumn, African, floral, fruits, Easter, ….etc.etc. Listen, not only do these little cat toys look cool, the cats also dig them, so it’s fun to gift them to people with cats. Yes, it does take some time to hand sew these stuffed toys, but I’m better at hand sewing than I am with a machine. And I had no problems with this Japanese fabric handling a needle and thread. No fraying, no runs, no loose threads and no misprints in the design work. Now, I can’t tell you how well this fabric will hold up if ran through a washer and dryer multiple times, as for my uses of this doesn’t call for that type of scenario. So I hope this review helps some of you out trying to decide if this fabric is good enough for your purposes.

These squares worked up into a lovely quilt for my craft fair collection. They did shrink a bit with pre-washing, but that's to be expected.

I wish this material was 10" x 10". I would have been able to have more subcutaneous for quilting.

Use these fat quarters to make a quilt for a friend in the Netherlands and they turned out very very well. I'm holding my breath to see if the quilt washes well. I thought I would get a very thin flimsy fabric but quite the opposite They were the fabric was thick and very sturdy not too thick but it was definitely stable.

These fabrics are fabulous for the price! Nice quality fabric and a wonderful selection of oriental designs. Perfect for the Japanese themed quilt I will be making

I love the design, but definitely not the size i was expecting. Description said fat quarter squares. Very deceiving. These are cut to about 7 3/4 × 9 3/4. I dont know if they will be large enough for what I need.

Beautiful prints, cotton isn’t premium quality but it works for quilting and doll clothes which was my purpose for purchasing it. I preshrunk the pieces in warm water and tumble dry. I measured the squares after preshrinking them and the squares measured about 7.5 x 9.5 inches.
