Not charge
Hello. I brought this 1 and half years ago and it is not charging at all. Has a 2 year warranty. Have tried to contact you but not had a reply. Please can you help of give contact detail of someone that can.

Amazing helper in the house

Broke down after only 6 months
Not worth the money. Only 6 months in and it broke down, telling me it had wheel, fan and brush errors.

Don't buy
Horniture refuse to honour the warranty if anything goes wrong. I've had a lengthy argument with them over a minor issue and now they are ignoring my emails. Stay well clear!

Good value for money and easy to use
Does what it is designed to do on all our tiled floors. Very easy to use

DOESN'T COLLECT DUST IN TO BIN.
I bought it week ago and I was happy at first. It's good with cleaning carpets and it's ok for small robot.The thing that I realised is that it doesn't collect the dust. It just won't. So I have to clean it myself. When I press clean the dust on the application it shows me some error.. I've tried everything.. and still won't work properly

Really good value and gets the job done
It looks good and is really easy to use. I use it on hard floors mostly. It's amazing how it finds itself around and knows where to go. Doesn't seem to miss anywhere unless it's a really tight spot. One of the main draws is the specification and features at this price point. The battery lasts well. The silent mode makes a lot of difference though you wouldn't really want to be sat in the same room as it while watching the telly. I think that's fair :-)
