this thing is pretty nice. didnt know it would uncharge a device if there was cloud cover. also have to have electronics on a long cord to charge or they overhead. use this on canoe trips. it will slightly maintain a phone battery. i usually have a usb battery storage bank that i use to charge my phones. i recharge it with this. on last trip i plugged my phone directly into this to play music while going down the river. instead of dropping 5% an hour it maybe dropped 3%. would give it 5 stars if it didnt un charge devices. but would also buy again fast delivery. overall pleased would recommend

Being on the go and a blogger means one thing. I need power, and I have lots of portable chargers but this one is quickly becoming my favorite because it allows me to use sunlight to charge my devices. It is coming in very handy this summer while we spend time at the pool, camping and other outdoor activities. It is lightweight enough to carry everywhere with me and allows me to stay connected even when exploring the great outdoors which I love! It charges 2 different devices at the same time allowing me to share my power with others. Just be sure the charging panels are facing the sunlight. went out after a while

Purchased for Labor Day Weekend camping. It works much better than I expected and it's sturdy too. Excellent quality. Well built. Works really well. It simultaneously fully charged my iPhone 6S and husband's Windows phone in a couple of hours in direct Texas sunlight. It even has carabiners and metal loop-holes to attach it to a backpack for hiking and Pokémon hunting. I never once ran out of battery life on our camping trip thanks to the SNAN. I'm so fascinated by it that I've been putting it in our western-facing window for fun and it charges my phone in several hours here at home. The kiddos love it too. My son was so inspired that he is investigating how solar energy/panels work for his science fair. Great company and customer service too. Win! Thank you!

Very well built, and works as long as the sun has any contact with it. I would recommend buying an external power bank and using this to charge it. My iPhone gets funky when the power source is inconsistent, so charging my power bank with this proved much easier than leaving my phone on top of my hot car during a summer day. I noticed that as soon as I did plug my phone in though, power was flowing, so this definitely does what it is supposed to. With a full power bank and this charger, I was able to keep my phone charged as well as several rechargeable e-cigs, and glow toys during the 5 day festival that I attended. Can't beat this thing for the price.

Fantastic product. I can charge both my camera and phone at the same time very quickly. Phone in a Nexus 5X and my camera is a Fugi Film XP. I also have used it to top off my large capacity 10000 mah power well.It is a bit large for backpacking but I take it any way. Hopefully I will get to test it as part of a ham radio SOTA activation setup soon.

I purchased this in August, I live in Las Vegas so there can't possibly be an issue with the sun. It would takes days to charge an Aedon Power Bank, 20000mAh Portable Charger, External Solar Charger Battery Pack.You guys advertise 21 WATTS! I finally measured the output and it is only putting out 2.56 watts.It seems to charge an iPhone 6 ok but doesn't have the push to charge a battery. The whole idea is to have power not just for an iPhone but for other electronics.I'm real disappointed with this purchase and could not possibly recommend it to anyone.On the positive side, the materials and stitching are quality and it does appear that this would last several years if maintained correctly.

I was pretty excited about this charger--took it camping to the beach in Texas where there is intense sunshine. I put it in the sun, tilted it as instructed and plugged in an ipod and my iphone. The ipod charged in about 4 hours, the phone showed absolutely no addition to the power. I tried it again at home, it didn't work with the phone although it charged my Kindle somewhat. Maybe it was a fluke, the first time I used it at the beach. I am going to try again but I was very hopeful since our beach is rather remote and this would have been a great item to have, had it worked as described.

This works great. We were able to keep our phone charged as well as a wireless speaker while we were camping. You just have to make sure it is facing direct sunlight at all times. Works best draping it over a folding chair and having your phone behind it so it doesn't overheat in the sun. We would buy another and highly recommend it.
