Highly recommend this product don’t know how we lived without it before.Does everything it says it does and you will be amazed by the taste of your water you think your average filter does a good job this thing makes water taste like it’s supposed too.First thing you’ll notice is no chemical chlorine smell.Easy to change filters. They’ll know when it’s time to change your filters when your water flow gets a little slow . Filters are relatively inexpensive. And not having to change all three at once is a plus . Perfect size to fit underneath your sink doesn’t take up too much space tucked away on the side or the back of your cabinet. I used to spend five bucks a day for a gallon of water not anymore. Way better than any bottled water you can buy.

I'm not sure how well the filters work, as I didn't check the details closely enough before ordering, and my water line could not be connected to this. This five-star rating is for the fantastic customer support I received when I contacted Waterdrop to find out if there was any sort of adapter I could use to get it working. Rebecca from Waterdrop helped me locate and acquire a few different options for adaptor, and when none of them could quite match up with my weird water line, she was wonderfully helpful in guiding me through the direct return process. THE MOST DELIOUS WATER. I work in a food lab. The quality of our water affects the taste of our products, and so in hypersensitive to off tastes in water. I’ve searched far and wide for the solution, and since I (very easily) installed this under my sink, I can’t stop drinking water! It’s truly amazing.

Compared to Aquasana, installation was much easier and well thought out. The tee connector has adaptors so if your water valve is 3/8 or 1/2 it works! :) The tubing came already connected to the brass tee connector, so I want to believe that the risk of it coming off is lower.The water taste improved a lot. However, there are these white particles floating in the water that were NOT there pre-filtering. I just wanted to understand the reason since it seems to be a recurrent complaint on reviews here.

Very happy with this filter. Took 5 minutes to install and the water tastes great! I’ve been using it for just a couple of weeks, so I have no idea how long the filters will last. But everything is great so far! It’s great because you don’t have to drill, it comes right out of the regular cold water tap.

Great tasting water, completely removed the chlorine smell from my tap water.Installed in 25 minutes under my sink with nothing more than an adjustable wrench and a Phillips screw driver.

I bought this system to replace my older single filter Waterflop system which blew out and flooded my kitchen. After all, now I can have three filters that can blow out and flood my kitchen. Anyway, you would think Waterdrop’s hoses/fittings would be standardized. Makes sense, right? Nope. The new metal hoses do not work with the faucet that came with the original Waterdrop system I installed 2 years ago. Those water lines were white plastic with quick connect connections. These new ones are like the hoses you get at the local hardware store, save for those funky connectors that go into/out of the filter itself. You will need to either a) get an adapter or b) purchase the DM-100 Vmasstone faucet (that comes with a variety of adapters for different R/O and water filter systems.). I bought the new faucet, which by the way is sturdier than the Waterdrop system.Problem #2: the new inlet hose didn’t work with my T-splitter that I used for the old system. So I had to buy a new T-splitter. What I needed to get was a double female connector to hook up the inlet to the new T-valve. So now I am waiting on that to get here. Not happy.After multiple trips to the useless local hardware store (they sell everything no one needs) I called Waterdrop and was on hold waiting for 15 minutes. When the rep answered, as soon as I heard him speak I knew we were going to have a problem. His solution was to send me plastic tubing so I would be running a metal hose in and plastic tubing out. That’s not a solution. That’s called cutting corners. Not acceptable. Waterdrop is aware of this problem and you’d think they would throw in adapters for people using their old faucet so they don’t have to spend more money to buy hardware to make this thing work.Trying to install this system has been nothing short of a nightmare. I previously ordered this system then cancelled the order. Changed my mind and reordered it and am so annoyed, I want to box this crap up and send it right back. They sell this on the premise that people all have the same plumbing set up which is a faucet with two spigots, one for hot, one for cold. My set up is not like that. I have a faucet and a single handle hot/water spigot that pivots to change hot to cold and vice versa. This is why I need the T-valve splitter. Also the line from my dishwasher is plumbed into the main water line. It’s obvious the people at Waterflop never considered plumbing is not one size fits all. I have spent almost $100 on fittings/adapters/faucet/connectors to make this system work in my home. I’m thinking I made a mistake. Please be aware that installing this system is not as easy as you think. Also, it’s absurd that Waterdrop doesn’t include a faucet with this filter system. If you buy the one for Washington DC, you get a faucet. I don’t live in DC and I had a Wayerdrop faucet that wasn’t compatible with this system because there’s no adapter for the new hoses. You’ll have to buy that separately.The only reason why I did not buy a real R/O system is because I am limited on the space under my sink. That’s unfortunate because those would probably be less of a hassle to install.

Install was easy and smooth. It came with all the hardware and even had a template to place the screws making install even easier. After running about 7 pots of water through, the air cleared up, and the cloudy water went away. Water taste great too!
