Never received such an amazing costumer service. The product is great!
When we received the machine we understood very fast this item is a game changer for busy mamas like me. It’s great to have something it’s cooking and blending, sterilising and having a timer too. I was usually forgetting vegetables boiling to much and burning them, when baby was unsettled it was a real nightmare to cook some fresh food for him! After one month I bought the item I needed some costumer assistance, I was so surprised and happy about how fast and kind the member of the staff was. I’m supporting this company and their product so much, definitely recommended

Time saver and perfect foods
I had an issue with it and contacted support and without much questioning I received a new item. I really recommend this product. As a mum of other kids time is all I don’t have and it makes so easy to prepare my baby’s fresh foods that I freeze and after defrosting it still as fresh. It’s very easy to manage and to clean.100% recommended.

The media could not be loaded. Only had it for two months used couple of times and as you can see the bottle has a crack on it

Very bad quality material. The plastic of the jug cracked after 2 weeks. Totally disappointed.However, the customer service was great as they were very polite and they sent me a new food processor!

Ordered in UK received Euro plug
I was looking forward to using this. Went to use it and realised it has a Euro plug instead of a UK plug. Very disappointed.Update: Contacted the Seller and was offered a 20% refund and an adapter. So happy with customer service.
