I have this on repeat and take 2 capsules every evening. They are quite large but smooth coated so I do not have any issues swallowing them which I do with many of my meds. They certainly help with the aches and pains in my hips and knees as I know when I have not taken them for a few days! They are well priced compared to others on the market. Would certainly recommend.

Only just started talking them so too early to tell yet. I write at this point just to say the foil seal was missing with just bits of it left round the opening when you unscrew the lid. Nearly sent them back as whilst bottle says glucosamine, anything could be in them.
