it was the capitor! AC fixed
most of the issues with AC not blowing cold air is the related to the capacitor. this was a fix for my portable AC. Do your testing, before purchasing. the diameter is not an exact replacement, but the rating fits. Cheap fix for the heatwave that was happening.
