Useless ... not powerful enough

I waited to review this to avoid writing a “honeymoon” review. I wanted to use it a couple times before giving it rave reviews and if I could give it 10 stars I would! I have an intex pool and if you have one you know the pump is not powerful enough for the vacuum it comes with. I am a busy mom of 3 boys who are anxious everyday to get in the pool and we’ve had a pool for 3 years now and it’s always been running the skimmer net along the bottom to kick up dirt and catch it as it floats up, which took FOREVER! Not to mention the skimming net couldn’t get all of the FINE dirt (talking like sand fine). My first day using this was the longest time because, well, there was a lot to get out! Second day I was done in a matter of 20 minutes maybe even less and same for the third day! I read the instructions carefully to make sure I cleaned and maintained the machine making sure it was completely dried out before recharging and just charged it overnight. So it was clean in the morning, clean out and let dry til the evening, charge overnight and then reuse again in the morning. And this thing WORKS! The fine filter bag helps get up all of the teeny tiny bits and it also gets the bigger stuff too! The brushes helped get in the seals of the pool liner at the bottom of the pool to get dirt loose and out of there too! Totally worth the cost and having a pool isn’t as much a hassle anymore! I bought this to avoid all the hoses and because again the intex pool filters just aren’t that strong for the vacuum they provide. Super simple to use and I’m soo glad we bought it!

This vac is a great time saver with excellent ease of use. Easy to clean and rinse filter basket and sock. Very long extension pole. Two perfect attachments. Just move the vac slowly without stirring up any debris and it picks up everything. I am hoping that it picks up dead algae after shocking the pool too. I wish I had purchased this sooner.
