Will the M12 cordless 3/8 impact ratchet fit with Charger.

The M-12 ratchet is 10-3/4" without the battery installed.The case is 12" x 9" it has plenty of room for the battery charger and some sockets.A Milwaukee zipper pouch works well for storing the sockets, extensions and swivel adapter inside the case.

Are there any pockets or anything on the inside?

As I remember, there is a net pouch in the top, like a tie bag in your suit case.

Can i fit a cordless hammer dril? model 2712-22

This canvas bag is too small for the 18V cordless hammer drill.I have found that the molded plastic cases work best for my 18V Milwaukee tools.
