Milk-Bone Soft & Chewy Dog Treats, Beef & Filet Mignon Recipe, 25 Ounce

My Cocker Spaniel likes these dog treats. He is just a puppy, well he is 6 months and is kinda picky. These are not his favorite treats but he does like them. They are indeed soft which for some reason he doesn’t like hard or crunchy treats so these are good for him. I love the big jar and it feels like a good value.

Our dogs love these snackies, especially our old boy who we unfortunately just had to say goodbye to last week at a fresh 16 years young. He was a Pyrenees who up until the end would dance and spin and herd you to the puppy pantry for a few of these bones, any chance he could. Nice and chewy, they smell like real food and not chemicals, the twist too keeps them fresh (and we love saving the containers for homemade treats or to package any goodies that come in bags for our boys). Our littles also love them and they’re a nice “special” treat for after vet visits, compared to their usual biscuits. In a house that (usually) has 4 big rescue mutts, we appreciate the value for the money and the size of the container.

My little Yorkie is so picky. She detests regular milk bones and will not touch them so I was taking a chance buying her this big jar of Milk Bone Soft & Chewy Bones. They came yesterday along with some other treats I bought for her and I decided to offer her one of these bones first. She gets excited when new treats come and was hoping, I think, for more Beggin' Strips but I wanted to change things up. Plus these are actually pretty healthy for her and not too high in calories. She is only eight pounds but the vet wants me to keep her at that weight to avoid issues later on. She is 3 years old now and healthy. I offered her one of these bones and, to my surprise, she took it immediately. But then she set it down and came back to me. That is because she knew I had the other unopened treats and probably was looking for more. When she saw that wasn't happening, she went and checked out the bone I gave her and she gobbled it up. Wow. I was shocked. But relieved because I would have had a lot of little bones that I would have had to give to my sister's dogs if Molly decided these weren't for her. The bones are small, the size of small regular milk bones, and don't have an offensive odor. They're a brown color and are chewy but not super soft by any means. Molly still has to chew for a while to get these to break down. She had a few of them today but I am going to have to cut back because she is starting to want more and more treats and less actual dog food (which I can't blame her for). I think I will limit these to one per day. They come in a great jar with a screw on/off lid so they'll stay fresh for quite a while. There are loads of them in the 25 ounce jar so these are a good value. Molly gives her seal of approval. I am going with 5 stars. The ingredients list of actually impressive although the usual colors and preservatives are in there. But these are fortified with many vitamins so they aren't empty snacks and beef is the first ingredient. I also checked and they are made in the USA. THAT's a relief. These are a great choice for even picky dogs. They aren't too hard nor are they so soft that they're gone in an instant (unless you have a really huge dog who gobbled down things). I think most dogs will enjoy these bones.

My dog absolutely loves these treats — so much that he doesn’t even want to share with his dog friends, which says a lot! The soft and chewy texture makes them easy to enjoy, and they’ve quickly become a favorite reward. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking for a treat your dog gets excited about.

Milk Bone products are the only treats I give my dogs. I like the way this is packed in the jar instead of just in a box. I'd never tried this particular product before. After their first taste, my dogs couldn't get enough of these things. They'd probably eat them until they made themselves sick. This product is very reasonably priced. I'll be buying it more often.

These are perfect for training treats or for older dogs who have problems chewing hard treats. Our fur babies love them. The value is great for the amount you get in the jar and my husband uses the empty jars for miscellaneous items out in the shop so it’s a kind of two for one use. They are soft and they come in different flavors and our three fur babies love them.

I bought these for my 2 Grand Fur Babies. My Daughter-in-law said they love them. I just bought one for my other Grand Fur Baby. Highly recommend. :)
