Love this lenormand book. A lot of good information in it. It's a little bit pricer than other lenormand books but I still think it's a good book.

I've purchased all the available English books and E books about The Lenormand Oracle and I must say this is the worst book. The best is the E book by Iris Treppner "Treppner Lenormand Correspondence Course", truly informative, followed by "The Secrets Of The Lenormand Oracle" by Sylvie Steinbach. I waited excitedly for this book to arrive and "The Game Of Destiny" book was a total disappointment. The information was too little, the book had a"Kindergarten pre school children book" feel whereby every page had more empty spaces than printed words! For the price I paid, (this book cost much more than the 2 books I mentioned above)including the shipping charges, its truly a waste of money!!! My feeling is that the writer wanted to jump into the bandwagon due to the lack of English books regarding The Lenormand divination System and a growing interest in The Lenormand. A poorly hastily, written book was the result. I feel "RIPPED"!

Dos Ventos gives something that is hard to find. His book is one of two self-published book formats currently available in English on the Lenormand style of oracle card reading. There are also e-books and courses in PDF that are translated from the German BUT none of these sources mentioned gives reversible combinations like Dos Ventos does. He has a little bit of it all; history, layouts, examples of various oracle decks. This book and le petit jeu (36 cards) are all you need to get started. Don't be put off by the Brazilian flavor or the Gyspy component.

Really nice quality materials used for making this book. I agree with a lot of the meanings, etc. but some I don't. Overall a very nicely presented work.

This book has so much information on the Lenormand system. It is fascinating! Well worth the money!

I feel that this book is priced way too high for what content there is. I agreed with MOST of the general meanings of the cards but his combinations I did not. He just briefly touched on the Grand Tableau and introduced another smaller 24 card spread that I am anxious to try. But even with the smaller spread, he didn't give any reading instructions for it. He gave directions on how to lay out the cards and that was it. Needless to say, I am disappointed in this book. I was expecting much more for the price. If you really want to learn how to read the Lenormand cards, I would not start with this one. I would go with Rana Geroge's book. I am thankful that this was not my first book on Lenormand cards. To sum it up, the ONLY thing that I got was a new spread that is a little smaller than the Grand Tablaeu

This is generally a good book in english version thought there are more other version in germany and french. I have enrolled the course in Jan 08 with the Author from this website, [...] But until now, 23 Jun 08, I have not yet started with the lessons due to the busy schedule of the author. I am excited hoping that the course could be starting soon.

This is a wonderful book. There aren't a lot of books about lenormand and of the few there are this one is the most accurate. Clear and concise. Only criticism I'd like more meanings but I'm hoping he brings out some more books. Will definitely buy them.

The book information is kind of a mix between internet information about spirits and author fantasies- there is a lot of misinformation. I'm not sure how accurate is even the information about the cards itself,

Loaded with descriptions on the Lenormand cards with combination meanings. The reader should remember, though, the combinations given are only a guideline for further investigation through practice. Great book for the beginner or advanced student of Lenormand Cartomancy. Once you learn the core meanings offered in the book you will understand the "spirit" of each card.
