Sushi Nori Seaweed Sheets, 50 Sheets by QUIWI FOODS

Nori is my favorite snack food. I eat it like potato chips. This stuff is great for that purpose. It's a little more chewy than other nori that I have had. But I actually like that quality. A good product, fresh, nice quality, and a great price especially with Amazon Prime.

My wife prefers soy wraps, but I personally love the seaweed wraps for sushi rolls. We use these sheets along with the Sush-ezi to make great tasting rolls. The wraps stick to our sushi rice great, and they cut easily. One tip - after you make your rolls, if you cover them with saran wrap, they will cut more easily, making professional-looking pieces. These particular wraps taste great, they have a hearty umami flavor.

Use this for making "sushi" rolls. Has a good taste and texture. The only bad things about this is the way its packaged, and that it seems a bit more brittle than other nori I've purchased. It has a zip top which I do like a lot. But its so tightly packed in there, makes it very difficult to get out just what you need. Taking it all out means you have to cram it all back in. Since its brittle that is a task that requires a little patience.

Be aware, this seweed is Not roasted or salted like Kim or laver wraps you may have had before. This is plain seaweed, which the taste can be a little unsettling for those who have never had it before. Other than that, a great product! Perfect, not too dry to where it crumbles when you try to handle it, not moist at all.

The other day I used them to make sushi and the parts of the seaweed that overlapped hardened a little and it was undesirable to eat so i kept pulling the tough pieces out of my mouth when chewing. Maybe I made them wrong, i used a little water to help create a seal when rolling the sushi inside of it, but I thought that was what I was supposed to do.

Good price for the 50 sheets of sushi nori seaweed in comparison to the prices in the main grocery stores. My husband & I recently moved from an area w/ access to great Asian markets to a more remote area without any Asian markets. The nori seaweed sheets arrived in a timely manner in good condition. The shipping price was a bit steep for such a light item but still cheaper then driving over an hour to the nearest Asian market and much more convenient.

I love Nori, and this was both a good deal and a tasyy product. Just give it a little bit of a toasting and you an even eat it 'raw'. I love to cut it into ribbons and put it on my daily salad with some avocado and sesame seeds and feel like I am having sushi all the time.

This product is just as expected. I'm new to making my own sushi so I have no experience prior to buying this product. I've made many Spicy Tuna Rolls and the nori has yet to break on me. I'm not sure if it's because I have practically mastered the art of sushi (not really) or just gotten lucky and not rolled the sushi too tightly. Either way this was a great buy, shipping didn't take long at all. Had the nori by the end of the week. Would buy again
