These are great for small leaks and they have even worked for moderate "gushes". I wear them with "leak proof" underwear and rarely do they fail me. These are the best of any I've tried. They have caused me no irritation, but it is important to maintain hygiene and change them when needed.

I have purchased these 10 times already and that's just through Amazon. Another store in my area used to carry them however, they stopped carrying them. Hopefully Amazon does not do that. These pads are really nice, they are soft to the touch and you want that with them touching your area. They do have a slight scent and I'm assuming that is to keep the urine scent at bay. I've given birth to 4 children and as any woman knows that takes a toll on our bodies. Especially on our bladders. I am able to get by with one per day (sometimes 2 but not often) and once an accident happens, cough, sneeze, etc. I cannot feel any moisture at all from the pad. I do not like others that are huge and bulky. These are thin and absorb really well and keeps it away from my body. They fit comfortably and I can wear them all day without anything falling apart or leaking. I am a woman in my 60's and I am completely confident wearing these without worrying that anyone can tell I have them on. Trust me they hold up well and you get 3 packages in the box so it's a lot of bang for your buck. I've been hesitant writing a review on these, as no woman wants to talk about this subject. But I figured for those of you looking for something that works well, I'm gonna put it out there so you know a good place to start without having to feel like you are wearing diapers. I know you know what I mean.
