No, I have this pattern and it will go to mens xxl but not any bigger.

Q: Just received this pattern but has very little details on how to make C then states strech knits only ugh

The only stretch knit used is on the sides. As you go thru the process, the directions become more clear

Q: What is the largest size for women in this pattern?

This pattern size is small , medium, and large.....I used the medium for myself and my size is somewhere between 10-12. so I would guess the large is 14-16..
