Need to bore out holes (2011 C50T)
(2011 Suzuki Boulevard C50T)All the reviews said you would have to re-drill the holes because they were too small, so I bought it with this in mind. Sure enough, the holes were too small for the bolts on the bike. I needed a 6mm Allen key to remove the bolts (these were under a lot of torque, so you may want to use a T-handle). Once removed, I needed to drill a 7/16" hole with my Dewalt Brushless drill to *just* oversize the new hole for the bolt (if you don't have a 7/16" HSS drill bit, a 3/8" HSS drill bit will work, but you need to wiggle it around while drilling). After cleaning the burrs from drilling, put it on the bike, tightened everything up, and good to go. All said and done, about 30 minutes, including finding the tools I needed, from opening the box to taking the photos.Note: quality of finish on luggage rack is not great, welds were iffy but solid. For the price, I'm not complaining.

Decent quality and chroming
Bought this for my 2005 Suzuki Boulevard. Fit was a little tight due to a slight misalignment of the holes, but nothing a little filing couldn’t fix.I can highly recommend this product

Nice rack, undersize holes
This is a beautiful and sturdy rack for my Boulevard M50. The only issue I had for installing is that the factory sissy bar has 6mm socket screws, 10mm diameter. (Hence the 4-star rather than 5) The rack had 6.5mm holes. I have a drill press and was able to drill out the holes to 10mm and it fit perfectly, but if I hadn't been able to do a little "field engineering" I would have been sending it back. It's a nice rack with a perfect fit once the holes were the right size. I'm giving it a 4 because I had to do a little rework on it. I expect the reason the holes were that size is to fit other aftermarket products, but I installed the shelf on an OEM sissy bar.It looks great and I'm happy with it.

price is great
the holes were too small like everyone else said ,but I drilled them 7/16'' in size , put a little bit of paint inside the holes , you don't see the holes because it goes between the seat and the sissy bar back rest , seems to be really sturdy and all , for the price the 10 minutes of drilling was well worth it

Holes too small, but looks good once drilled out and installed
I ordered this for my 2008 Suzuki C50. I should.have read the other reviews, because when I recieved it and tried to install it i discovered that the mounting holes were too small, so advertising this as "no tools needed for installation" is absurd. I didn't have a 7/16 hss drill bit, so I had to take it to a metal shop and paid $20 to have the holes drilled. The metal they made this out of is pretty poor quality (you get what you pay for), but it actually looks really good, and it is strong enough for what it will hold (maybe a small carry-on size luggage bag for over night trips)If you have a 7/16 hss drill bit, or don't mind spending $20 bucks to have someone drill the 4 mounting holes out for ya, then I'd suggest buying it. Really, you aren't gonna find a better deal, so it's worth it, in my opinion...and it does look pretty nice once it is installed.
