First of all I have noticed that these are so much better tolerated in terms of not causing nausea and constipation (they have a stool softener). Also I like that they contain just the essentials (folic acid, iron, calcium and a higher dose of B6 to help with the nausea). I eat a healthy diet and those are really the only essentials in my opinion. I know several other dietitians who have taken these and also prefer them. Review: Product expired - I love these vitamins and was very excited to find them listed on desertcart. I ordered on August 5, 2020 and upon receiving product the expiration date is October 2019. Theyโve been expired for almost a full year! Very disappointed, next time Iโll just get OTC at local pharmacy.

Convenient
The packaging of these pills is brilliant. The blister packets contain each pill making it easy to keep track. The pills, although on the larger size, are easy to swallow and I suffered no negative side effects. That being said, they are very basic. expect aThe vitamin portion contains only C,D3,B7,folic acid, calcium and iron. Most prenatal formulations contain much more. The soft gel has both DHA and EPA. Speak to your doctor to see if these are sufficient for your nutritional requirements. If they are they are smartly packaged and convenient to use. They do provide the basics in a non-irritating form

Good source of DHA
What I like about these vitamins is that I did not have any nausea after taking them and the DHA component is unique. When I got them, though, the packaging made me nervous. Unlike any other prenatal vitamins I took, it said talk to your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding. Others say for use when pregnant or breastfeeding. The fact that it didn't explicitly say I could use made me uncomfortable. I also compared the ingredient list and it only had about half the vitamins of my generic supermarket brand. Finally, there is a lot of packaging. Every pill is individually wrapped.

I like the individual sealed pills stay fresh.
These are individually sealed, they will stay fresh. You take one of each of the white pill and the brown pill, has the basic essential base. I can't take them as suggested before bed because they make me a little nauseous with just water. I have been able to take them with dinner. Little constipation but nothing horrible and nothing fruit or cabbage soup hasn't got moving. I find them to be ok.

Both are easy to get down
These are fairly unique prenatals - there are two different pills to take each night - a "mineral" pill and a DHA pill. Both are easy to get down, and did not cause any stomach upset for my still nursing wife (prenatals are not just for pre and are important when breastfeeding). This is pretty huge as most prenatals she has tried over the years have caused stomach problems. Note that it is difficult to review supplements. I obviously am taking the manufacturer on faith that these prenatals all contain what they are supposed to contain. I have no reason to doubt them.

Prenatal nutrition with a daily dha
This is a pretty good prenatal option. One of my Drs prescribed a prescription prenatal by this manufacturer previously, so they are a well known and trusted maker of prenatal vitamins. I like that it has both the vitamin tablet and a dha soft gel each day. The DHA is algal oil, which is a vegetarian algae source of DHA. The tablets are to be taken together at bedtime, which is a better time of day in case your supplements cause you to feel sick. This 30 day supply is packaged in 6 5-day packs, making it easy to keep track of your daily dosage. All in all a good prenatal option to give you peace of mind
