What about the accessories to finish building this? I don't see any list of motors or electronics.

it is just the frame but you can get tarot motors for the build I put Arris Opto esc with DJI Naza v2 flight controller on it there are endless products you can put on this

Whats the max weight it can carry?

What do you mean? The useable load is going to depend on the motors/props used. It could probably hold 50 lbs/22.7 kg but it won't matter if the motors are not powerful enough to lift it.
