Mega ideal um zu trainieren. Am besten mit Deckenhaken, dazu konnte ich mich noch nicht überwinden. An der Türe geht es auch ....bestes Training vorab. Aber man sollte einen Kurs vorab besuchen ...klare Kaufemofehlung. Stabil gearbeitet top 😊
