Perfect for strengthening guitar chord fingering!
The media could not be loaded. I'm over 70 yrs old, and this little device has really helped me to gain finger strength for playing my guitar. I keep it handy while reading or watching tv. It was recommended by my physical therapist. It comes in various lb /kg sizes. I highly recommend.

The resistance is good on these hand exercisers - just like the ones at my therapy providers. The cushioning side is a bit hard, wish they were softer, as i need to be careful or wear a bandaid were they rub, else I'll get a blister.

This hand exerciser is well built and is easy to use it will help any who has has arm surgery to rebuild there hand and arm muscle. I had shoulder surgery and this was a big help to me.
