★★★★★ The Yamamoto 5” Senko continues to live up to the hype. The Green Pumpkin with Large Black Flake color is an absolute fish catcher, especially in clear to slightly stained water. The subtle shimmy on the fall is what sets these apart from cheaper stick baits — bass simply crush them whether you’re fishing wacky rig, Texas rig, or weightless. The softness of the plastic gives the bait amazing action and a very natural presentation. I’ve had success around docks, grass lines, and laydowns with this color pattern, and it consistently produces bites when other lures slow down. Green pumpkin is already a proven choice, but the larger black flake adds just enough flash to stand out without looking unnatural. They do tear easier than tougher plastics, but that’s part of what gives them their incredible movement in the water. Pairing them with O-rings for wacky rigging helps them last much longer. Overall, these are a must-have soft plastic for any bass angler and easily one of the most reliable finesse baits ever made.

These have been my go to worm for an over a decade. I Texas rig with a size 3 Gamakatsu EWG off-set worm hook and it simply works. Have caught more bass with this worm than any thing else I have used. Excellent bait!!

Love the senko worms! Sometimes you just can't beat carolina riggin' a 5" senko for the perfect weedless rig.

I looked this lures up and watched a few videos on how it is to be fished. First of all, I found it odd how to bait this worm. Didn't get a single hit on the mid worm attachement. Next , just rigged it up like any other worm. Any worm. Then the hits started happening. Lost a bass last night cuz drag wasn't set. This belongs in florida tackle boxes. Where I fishing, weedless hooks work good.

I was a little skeptical at first to try these because I never had any luck with them as a kid. But.. I was a kid. Once I found out how to properly use them I caught a bass this morning when everything else was not working. They appear pretty realistic and they are not expensive at all. I found the green pumpkin color to be the best. They are very soft but very durable as well. If you are targeting bass this is the first thing I would throw out there.

this lure catches lots of bass, green pumpkin is the way to go .. definitely a confidence lure, I feel like if bass see it they bite it .. I don't like the price though, seems like a ton of overcharge for little plastic worms, but I can't complain about the performance at all

Not as advertised Yamamoto brand - these are a knock off brand “power worm” Buyer beware… I have fished with Yamamoto for many years and neither the packaging nor the worms themselves are the real thing.

This is like candy to bass. I only caught bass on this, however i was only fising for bass and it was amazing how well it worked. Better than any live bait.

Every amateur angler should get this. I’m by no means a pro bass fisherman and only got bites with this bait! Targets large mouth bass really well; didn’t matter if you Texas rigged them or just through the middle. Will buy again
