I started taking these for several months based on customer reviews. My Chlolesteral numbers have improved but I also started a Chlolesteral medication around the same time. My doctor would continue to tell me the eat fruits and vegetables. I never could keep vegetables and fruits on a regular basis. Within a week I noticed positive results. My wife started talking the supplement and also felt a positive effect. We are on our third order. My son is also taking these and having positive results. Much better value than Balance of nature no TV celebrity cost. Finally my financial advisor plans to try these before his next blood test he does not take Chlolesteral medication this should be a good test to see if it helps with Chlolesteral numbers. I will update in December.

After two-months of use, I do sleep better and have better bowel movements. I will continue to take this supplement. I have nothing to compare it to as I just can't justify the cost or hassle of ordering the popular brand, but, am very happy with this product.
