I purchased Viva Naturals Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil because it is highly concentrated with 750 MG of EPA per capsule and because it is IFOS certified assuring it's quality. The fish oil comes from anchovies, sardines, and mackerel. I take fish oil daily as a preventative for heart and brain health, to reduce inflammation in my joints, and to moisturize/lubricate my skin. I've notice when I don't take fish oil on a daily basis my skin becomes very dry and flakes off particularly on my legs. I take two capsules per day. It's probably good quality, but I can't tell any difference. Maybe when I run out I'll notice a difference. Either way, I gotta get coq10 from somewhere, I don't like fish. I don't burp up a fishy taste or smell, so that's a plus. You can't trust the stuff Walmart sells, because it's hard telling what all is added that's not healthy.
