Expensive but delicious
I’ve tried several brands of oat milk and discovered that Oatly is really the only brand that has the flavor and creamy consistency that I like. When all of my local groceries ran out of Oatly, I decided to purchase this shelf-stable version from Amazon. I was pleasantly surprised that this tastes almost EXACTLY like Oatly, with the added bonus that I can store unopened ones in my pantry and not worry about my precious fridge space during this pandemic. The only downside to this brand is the cost. This is approx. $5 for each 1 liter (34 oz) container, while Oatly is $5 for each half gallon (64 oz) container.

Great cows milk substitute!
I have tried rice milk, almond milk, soy milk... all of them taste pretty weird compared to cow's milk in my opinion. So, this oat milk interested me.... bought a 6-pack and I'm on the 2nd bottle now.I like it a lot, but in a nutshell, It's a little pricey compared to cow's milk, and is just a bit too sweet to be perfect for me.The sugars must be in the oats, because I don't see where there is any added sugar on the label, which is 13g per cup.It kind of reminds me of chocolate milk sweetness (but not that sweet) and the oat milk poured in a glass is not pure white like cow's milk. Not a big deal for me, and kids might actually like this better than cow's milk because it is sweeter.I'll buy it again, as the oat milk sweetness and no other taste or viscosity drawbacks overcome the weird taste of the other milk-substitutes I've tried. I also read a few times it takes 1 gallon of water to grow 1 almond (true or not?) and that seems like it would take hundreds or even thousands of almonds to make a gallon of almond milk.I imagine oats can be dry-land farmed in most of the country, so require little to no ground-water irrigation like almonds coming from California. The ground water here is getting pretty scarce and pumping levels continue to drop.Just my thoughts, and I highly recommend giving this milk a try! Oh, one more plus: This milk does not have to be refrigerated so it's great as a camping or 'prepper' food source for when the power goes out long-term, or if we're hit by an asteroid. It does taste best ice cold though!

Organic and Italian!
We've been drinking Califia Barista Oat Milk and much enjoying it, but worried about Glyphosate content since Califia is not organic. Delighted when I found this Organic one, tried a case to see if it was comparable, and it's every bit as tasty, and no Glyphosate since it's Organic. I drink it by the glass, like I did Cow's Milk as a kid. Yum. Califia Barista says 3g sugar per 8oz, while this one says 13g sugar per 8 oz. However, there's very little if any difference in taste, so I'm assuming that since this is imported from Italy it's using a European method for calculating, while Califia uses a California method.

Impossible to get into, unfortunately
We've been ordering Oatsome now for over a year, since Oatly has been less available. It's truly delicious and worth the cost in that regard. However, for the past 6 months at least, we've been unable to actually get into the package to use the milk easily. The pull tabs never work, splash us with milk, tear a thin strip through the spout, and sometimes fall in. We have to take a sharp knife to it every time and my kids aren't allowed to do that themselves. So they can't have milk unless I'm available. For such an expensive and high-quality product, the packaging is so awful that I'd never buy this again if I could find any allergy-safe alternative at all. Which makes me sad. Fixing the package would be an easy fix, I'm sure: I've never had anything like this happen with any other product (milk, juice, broth, etc), so it's truly an oversight.

Best dairy alternative I have come across
We switched over to oatmilk when we discovered our baby (almost 1 now) has a dairy intolerance; he didn't do well with soy formula or goats milk. In our quest to keep his tummy happy and healthy, we switched over to oat milk. We have tried a few oats milk but most of them have very little carbs and/or fats - something growing babies really need. This particular brand has the most carbs and a good amount of fat of all the brands we have tried (which is about 5) Sometimes, to add more calories I'll add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of collagen powder. We also give him liquid infant vitamins to make sure he is getting his RDA of micro-nutrients. He seems to be thriving on it, no longer has gas issues and actually enjoys drinking his milk.

Delicious and organic
I love this Oat milk! I usually drink almond milk, but Oatsome's organic oat milk is a game changer for me. It tastes great with cereal, coffee, smoothies, and even alone. 10/10 recommend, and it's better for the environment than dairy, almond, or soy milk! Creamy and not too sweet.

Oat milk, one part nostalgia, one part awesome
I've had rice milk and almond milk and other oat milks with all the vanilla and sweetened and unsweetened types, those were fine, this one I love. It's a bit of childhood oatmeal nostalgia mixed with practical non-sugar goodness. If I'm dipping cookies I still want the original old fashioned whole milk, but for smoothies, protein shakes, or coffee or tea or as a milk substitute for those who can't do dairy, I want this.

Good flavor
I enjoy this oat milk in my coffee and, of course, in my oatmeal. I was worried about glyphosate said to be found in many of conventional oats, so was happy to find an organic oat milk. The only thing I noticed is that it does not foam like some other milks in my milk frothier, but purity of ingredients is more important to me than foam in my coffee so I would definitely buy this again.
