I really like this flour
! The resealable bag is super convenient and keeps it fresh for longer. The quality is excellent – it’s very smooth and works perfectly for baking cakes, bread, tortillas, and cookies. I’ve noticed that my recipes come out soft and fluffy every time. It’s also easy to measure and doesn’t clump. Overall, this is my go-to all-purpose flour, and I’ll definitely keep buying it. Highly recommend!

The best traditional flour on the market!
Gold Medal flour is the only traditional flour we buy in this house. I keep both Self-Rising, and All-Purpose flour on hand at all times. It is simply the best quality, texture, and baking ability, of all traditional brands. It works great in all recipes. The bag arrived on time and undamaged. It looks perfect. I like being able to get the smaller bags because I don't use a ton of flour and am careful to rotate them out every 6 months. This has the perfect fresh flavor all the time and I love it!
