I don't typically write reviews of this nature but there's so much garbage on the internet and i know i was torn when first deciding too. So I'll just say briefly, if you're here evaluating whether to buy this b/c you read about the, ahem, manly benefits of taking this with lecithin, all I have to say is buy it. It works so well I know understand why everyone hates pharma for stifling natural alternatives. And to me, you can skip all the other stuff people add on like gobs of Zinc etc. I did just this with the lecithin my normal low dose daily Zinc/Mag I'd always taken, and drank lots of water and within a week .....major positive changes in every aspect of the situation which positive changes were very favorably noticed by others : - )

I take one about a hour before bed and it helps with sleeping through the night. They will reduce you trips to the bathroom. If you wake up a lot, most of the time you can just go back to sleep because you don't have the feeling to go immediately upon waking. I know people that take them for driving too. They reduce the urgency to pee. No gut ache, no problem, they just work. If you take em during the day you can walk to the head instead of panicking that you will let go before you get there. Some people take one every 12 and others take a 60 once a day. I am a tight wad so I just take em at night.

Had no effect at all, neither positive or negative, like every other herbal remedy I've ever taken. I know it is all the rage to be anti-science, but at least the evil people in Big Pharma make drugs that work. They work because they take the active ingredient from an herb such as willow bark and concentrate it into a predictable dosage (aspirin). This is almost impossible with herbs, because they are plants that like other plants vary from month to month or season to season in terms of the concentration of the vitamins or whatever nutrients they contain. Thus, orange juice has varying levels of vitamin C in it depending upon the source and the season. A vitamin C capsule from a reputable company really does have 1000mg of ascorbic acid in it, but I don't supplement with it, anyway, because I eat a balanced diet with lots of plants as well as seafood, including shellfish along with plenty of meat.

I had an overactive bladder. When urinating it felt like the muscles holding back the urine were cramped from overactivity. It was painful to urinate, because it felt like a cramp when the muscle relaxed to let the urine flow. Taking this pygeum africanum seems to have calmed my bladder. I am no longer having the problem. I was already taking saw palmetto, and that had helped with urination issues for years. I take both now.

Shortly after taking it I had a bad reaction and feel it was because of this product. I tossed them into the fireplace and am still recovering. I cannot say it was the bad smelling supplements but I am suspicious. I would rather they worked because to me it was $31.00 dollars gone up in smoke and my prostate is no better for attempt..
