Taste good. I prefer the chocolate flavor though. The best thing about these shakes is I feel SOOO good for so many hours afterwards. They are expensive, but I can’t go back to my old vegan protein shake. My body just loves this shake. My energy is up, my mood is up, my sleep is better. Keeps me full for hours and my blood sugar is stable, which has been a big problem for me in the past. The chocolate flavored shake gives me a bit more energy and mood list because of the cocoa, but I have to be careful not to drink it late I. The day so I will sleep well that night. The vanilla flavor is the one I’ll drink if I want something in the afternoon.

I originally ordered the Daily Reset Shake for Dr. Christianson’s Metabolism Reset Diet. I was so happy with how easy the diet was using the shake. 2 scoops mixed with water and few ice cubes to thicken into a shake and I was good to go for breakfast and lunch every day for 28 days. I have tried different brands of pea protein and never liked the taste. Not only did this vanilla taste good, but it also includes the resistant starch component that is key to this liver reset diet. Even though I have completed the reset, I just bought more to use most mornings for a breakfast shake to start the day on a good and healthy note. Highly recommend!

Warning this is not a milkshake! This shake is pure fuel. The resistant starch is unparalleled to anything else on the market. It truly sustains your blood sugar and curbs hunger longer than any other protein powder can. Having two shakes per day plus a protein, veggie & resistant starch dinner helps me lose pounds FAST and I can truly feel how happy my insides are when this shake is in my diet. My skin gets better, digestion, mood (bc blood sugar is under control) and so many other benefits. This is not the world’s greatest tasting shake- you need to add a flavor extract and/or extra stevia if you want to mask the taste but the nutrition this provides far surpasses the lack of taste. It is pricier than most but of much higher quality and at $3.15/serving, it’s still a really cheap meal!

I must admit to being very disappointed with this shake. I had done an awful lot of research on Dr Christianson and his approach to health and well being and was looking forward to something that finally made a difference to the extreme fatigue that I experience on a daily basis despite a healthy diet. The first thing I noticed is how unbelievably sweet it is. I was unable to consume the recommended two scoops in one drink and had to split them in to two drinks a day in order to follow the procedure. If you are used to overly sweet drinks like the vitamin waters and diet sodas this might not bother you but being a fan of water and lemon juice I had a real problem with it. In it's defense however the sweetness is not reflected in the sugar content of the drink which is a very low 9g. Sweetness not withstanding I would have put up with it if I had felt any change at all in my well being but sadly I did not. Hugely dissapointed.

I am SO frustrated! I have read book cover to cover twice...and Nowhere does it say ANYWHERE if you get Dr Christians Reset shake if you use 2 scoops in the am then 2 scoops in the afternoon OR Just 2 scoops in the morning and then split that. Further complicating the issue is that on the shake container it says to use two scoops per day only! So then I thought okay well I'll look at the amount of RS he says to get per day which is 24000 and I'll just look on the container and see how much are us is in 2 Scoops but I couldn't find the answer there either because the RS per scoop is not listed. Next I tried looking online I researched his YouTube I have done everything and nowhere anywhere does he say use two scoops in the morning and two scoops for the afternoon shake the recipes call for 2 scoops but they don't say if you're supposed to split those and half this is an impossible situation and a huge huge huge oversight by Dr Christiansen and his editor and it's soon going to become a big problem for other people reading the book. also know where is it clear in the metabolic reset diet if you are using the reset Shake if you can add fruit or other things to the reset Shake is this going to put you over? I do not know it does not say. In search of an answer I also read all of the online reviews for the metabolic reset diet book and on their most of the reviews so far are just the people from the clinical trials but again nobody on there specifically says if they use two scoops in the morning shake and then split it or if they use two scoops in the morning and two scoops in the afternoon obviously this is super super important because you wouldn't want to have too much are us as it would cause lots of bloating and stomach issues I am genuinely shocked that doctor Christianson and his editors have not caught this huge error. I still give the shake for stars because it is delicious I've only used it for 2 days now and I've just gone ahead and use two scoops in the morning and then split that shake and 1/2 I'm concerned though because I'm thinking maybe I'm not getting enough calories.

I don't typically write reviews, but this protein powder is amazing! It blends well with just plain water. I mix in some fruit & greens and it keeps me feeling full. I drink 2 shakes per day (which I find much easier than meal prepping lunches for work) then eat a sensible dinner with my family in the evening. It's worked out wonderfully for me and I am down 10 lbs in one-month. I also have much more energy to get things done. Love it!

Awful - I just missed the return window or I would have sent it back. I got a little over half way through the canister and suddenly my shakes have started to congeal within about 5-10 minutes of me making them. If I do not drink it very fast it takes on a yogurt like texture. I am not making them any differently and they are now awful. The taste was never great - but now it is not drinkable.

Tastes good and mixes very smoothly the glutamine in this is made from SHELLFISH. For the price of this stuff ,it should be free of shellfish.. I drank this stuff every day for about a month and a half and started to experience a histamine reaction.. I cannot say for sure if it is this product, but I will not be taking the chance with it anymore.
