No problems at all, product better than expected, Fylde kept in touch before delivery to ensure they had all delivery information, very helpful and courteous. Delivery was made before expected date and delivery driver was wonderful. Product itself is just great, so easy to work with, strong and beautiful to look at, we have had so many wonderful comments from our neighbours, we are very pleased.

Great product, good comms from seller, asked questions always quick to respond. We are quite handy but never laid decking before, this product was brilliant to use. Good fixings, and lovely finish, we fitted it to end at a wall and had to shape the last three planks so easy to do. Made a trap to get a drain and the cut is barely noticeable. I would highly recommend this product from this seller.

Service impeccable really friendly and helpful and superb product. I Ordered less boards than I required on my original order and they were really helpful and arranged to send the difference swiftly. It’s a great product I’ve never worked with this stuff before but it’s totally uniform solid and strong plus easy to plane and cut to get exact fit. We are installing on a north side of the house which is damp this makes a good decision for low maintenance and easy cleaning. Fittings also allow for easy removal even if in the middle of a run. Important if you want to hide an unsightly manhole yet still require easy access. Really grateful for the amazing after sales!

Beautiful decking and great value for money would highly recommend to anyone looking for stunning decking to go anywhere to enhance an area to entertain family and friends. Spot on from order to delivery. Looks just like the photos on Amazon. Easy system to fix down. Feels very sturdy and it is non slip. I decided to fit it in the rain so proof in the pudding there. Easy to cut (easier with a circular saw). I like the wood effect grain. Would definitely recommend this stuff. Great communication with company and happy to help.

Can't recommend the service enough, samples ordered promptly that matched existing decking we were matching up, ordered what we needed which were delivered again prompt, with all the additional fittings/screws required for the job... Made a slight error and needed another length, again switfly arranged...Great quality decking which I'm sure will be looking good for many years to come 👍🏻

Really easy to use, but you have to be careful with your dimensions because it says the gap is 6mm but turns out it’s 8mm so I had an overhang by the time I got to the end of my base ( worked the size out with a 6mm gap)Looks great.Cuts easy if you get a fine bladed saw for plastics.
