This was purchased for my 83-year-old neighbor and we had to get her something because she could not get out of the chair that she was sitting in a recliner. So after purchasing this she is so satisfied and we are comfortable with sleeping at night with knowing that she is not stuck in a chair for hours before the fire department can get to her. We are so thankful that with her being our neighbor that she can get out of her chair and it even has it built-in massager the heat level is great the color is bold black and soft leather the stability and the height is good The easiest assembly it literally took me 15 minutes total and that's because I was talking to her in between probably would have only taken 5 minutes if I'd have stayed at it. The stability of it is amazing perfect chair for an elderly person very very very satisfied customer!

Heavy duty construction, shipping box weighed 100 lbs. Chair comes in two pieces, easy to assemble just slide upper piece into lower. There’s about five or six wires to hook up, but not complicated to do. Whisper quiet operation, both massage and just raising or lower seat. The two wired controllers are simple to understand. Heat can be run separately from message or at the same time. It all runs on three choices for timer controlled comfort. Personally I wish the heat could be run longer. I also feel the heat could be stronger, might just be me but I can barely feel the heat on the 15 minute timer. My heater blanket for my bed has better heat on low setting than this. There is only one setting for this heat, on or off. I’m 5’ 9 and I fit comfortably, although I do wish the head pillow was a little higher for even more comfort. The top of my head is above the pillow height if sitting straight up, have to rest back to mold into the pillow. If your a taller person then this chair isn’t for you, go with a larger chair! Suppose to be non rip leather, which I’m hoping as I own two cats who like to sharpen their claws on stuff in the house. Cup holders are nice but only seem for something such as a water bottle. A coffee cup for instance has that handle on it which won’t fit in the holder properly. Maybe one of those adjustable holders for multiple sizes like they have for cars might help. Massage is ok. Has a high and low setting with multiple ways to set it up, including an automatic setting which incorporates all individual ones. You’d have to buy a way more expensive chair to get the real experience, but this chair does a nice job for what it is. This replaces a power recliner only chair which we’ve had for years and was slowly malfunctioning with worn down cushions. Overall, this is a nice chair, good padding and options for massage and heat compliment each other nicely. For the price I think it’s worth it but I can’t give it 5 out of 5 due to limits I’ve mentioned previously. First day with it, so far satisfied.

chair is great looking and comfortable but after four months of very little use the motor assembly gave out and there is no customer service for this product as I have called the number several times only getting voice mail that is full. No return call or anything. This is a shotty product and buyer beware!

Product box weighs in more than 100 lbs and requires two people to lift. Everything in one box. Very well thought out. Comfort is good. Operation is good. Fabric and color were spot on. After a few days use, heat and massage stopped working. Was expected in a chair of this price range. Should things change, I will post again. Contacted mfg about problem. They sent another remote. Problem solved. I hope it last. Massage is subtle. I have nothing to compare it to. Heat is subtle too. So far it appears to be a good value for the reasonable price.Update 2022. Chair is making lots of loud creaking and grinding noises. Nuts and bolts have started to break off with resounding snaps. Find these on the floor. Leg lifting while reclining is no longer functioning. Chair has become lop sided causing discomfort. Too bad the chair is breaking up. It appeared to be a good value at the beginning despite a faulty remote which the mfg. rectified by replacing. Fabric has held up well. Maybe these problems would not exist with a lighter person. I am 275lb. Chair heat and massage continue to work satisfactorily. Hope this helps.

I had high hopes for this chair, but unfortunately, it hasn’t fully lived up to expectations. The material feels quite cheap and not as durable as I was hoping for—definitely not the kind of quality I expected at this price point.While the recline and lift functions do work, they are very slow, which can be frustrating, especially for anyone who needs quicker mobility support. It gets the job done, but it doesn’t feel particularly reliable or built to last. I find myself wondering how well it will hold up over time with regular use.It’s not a total loss—it’s functional and looks fine from a distance—but I wish the overall quality and performance were stronger. If you’re considering this for long-term, everyday use, you might want to explore sturdier options.

VERY IMPRESSED. This Lucy chair exceeded my expectations. Everything works as expected. The fabric is extremely soft, durable and so comfortable. Easy-to-use. I highly recommend this. I am very impressed and happy with this purchase.

It works well for my daughter, who is handicapped.
