IT WORKS FOR ME, BECAUSE I WANT IT TO
I take one in the morning and can go the rest of the day without the urge to binge on junk. The more I eat healthfully, the better I feel and the more I want to continue in a positive trend. Supplements are fine, but it really comes down to mind over matter, nutrition, and portion control. Let's face it everyone -- if it came in a bottle we'd all be skinny.

They left a salty taste in my mouth!
They did nothing for me. But they did leave a constant salty taste in my mouth. Once I stopped taking then it went away.

I been taking this for a week and does ABSOLUTLY NOTHING for suppresing my hunger. I do mot recomend this product. Dont throw away your money.

Great Combination of Ingredients with NO Caffeine
Great ingredients that work - gymnema sylvestre & bioperine, plus cayenne - all work to balance blood sugar and increase metabolism. With the addition of white kidney bean (reduces the impact of carbohydrates converting to fat) and chromium, you get a great weight loss combination. I am caffeine sensitive, so none of these ingredients give me the jitters, make me sick to my stomach, or disturbed my sleep. I've lost a few pounds, but my focus is on keeping my appetite low, increasing my resting metabolism, and keeping my body fat from increasing. This product provides the combination I have been looking for.
