Lower price than the deli
Love these. Cheaper than at the grocery store deli. Taste is a personal thing but we like these. Good flavor and not to mushy.

Lebanese Family Loves!
My step father comes from a Lebanese family and dolmas are one of his favorite. The reviews were mixed when I bought these, so I was anxious to try them when I put them out as an appetizer at our Christmas Eve family dinner. I paired these with a taziki feta dip and everyone really enjoyed them! The rice had great texture and all of the grape leaves were rolled and in tact, which was my concern due to the reviews I'd read. The flavor was the better than the dolmas I was used to with a subtle lemony marinade. They were good with the dip or without! I definitely recommend giving these a try especially since they're a good price. I think there were about 12 dolmas, not as thick as the ones I used to get but these were a little longer. We'll continue to get these!

Beware: Contains SUNFLOWER OIL
There is sunflower oil (PUFA-high seed oil) in this. The description picture on Amazon shows just olive oil, but it lies. The actual can says it contains olive oil and sunflower oil. I only bought these because I was looking for dolmades without industrial seed oils. And even though they're canned, they can not be returned.

Tasty!
These are very tasty in my opinion, but theyโre packed in way too muck oil. I purchased the large can, so I had to freeze them in sets of 6โฆmake sure you put them on a strainer (standing up) before you freeze. I made the mistake of not draining them and the frozen ones thawed out super soggy..Not a good texture.

Great Dolmas Made With Olive Oil!
I am glad to have discovered this brand of dolmas which uses olive oil. They are very tasty. Sadly, a market push from a local restaurant and grocery supplier in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropex over the last year or so resulted in local restaurants and a popular take out market using a well known brand loaded soybean oil (soya oil) having a rank taste. Unlike other brands which claim to use olive oil, these do not mix in other oils which disrupt the taste. I have just received my second order and will keep ordering Emirelli Dolmas!

Bitter and metallic tasting
The rice is a little mushy in these, but no more than you'd expect in a canned option. However, the metallic flavor imparted by the can was pretty extreme on these and the grape leaves were particularly bitter, which I think is in part to the metallic flavor of the canning. They were not especially bad, but they missed the mark on flavor, so I would not purchase them again.

Wonderful addition to summer dishes
We always buy these. We enjoy them with salads, chicken skewers and grilled Naan and on their own.
