In no time at all, I would be sweating profusely and it would get in my eyes. I constantly had to stop what I was doing to wipe it away. Then I bought this. It fits perfectly under my hard hat, fits my big head just fine (I wear a 7 3/4 size hat), and best of all, it kept my head relatively cool and kept all sweat from running down into my eyes. Cannot recommend this enough. It is worth the money.

1.) need shorter version so it doesn't show so much. 2.) needs double thick section on top for extra water. Also, reflective branding is useless, it just peels off after a couple weeks.
