Ordered these specifically due to the NovaMin content that is not present in US toothpastes. In the United States, the NovaMin patent was purchased by a large company called GlaxoSmithKline (who also owns Sensodyne!) But for some reason they decided to pull all toothpastes with NovaMin and now you have to either get prescription toothpaste with it or go to the dentist for expensive NovaMin treatments. Well ordering this from Italy solves the problem!I have been using the US version of Sensodyne for years due to having sensitive teeth. Once I read about NovaMin and the amazing qualities it has, I went ahead and bought these Italian Sensodynes. They look and taste the same as what I am used to, which is great.From Wikipedia: NovaMin is the brand name of a particulate bioactive glass that is used in dental care products for remineralisation of teeth. The active ingredient is the inorganic chemical calcium sodium phosphosilicate (chemical formula: CaNaO6PSi), which is a type of phosphosilicate glass. NovaMin delivers silica and ionic calcium, phosphorus, and sodium, which are necessary for bone and tooth mineralization.NovaMin particles bind to the tooth surface and, when the particle comes in contact with saliva and water, reacts with the water to release calcium and phosphate ions. These ions are protected by glass particles so that they can be delivered to specific locations rather than as a liquid solution. Sodium ions in the particles exchange with hydrogen cations, which allows the calcium and phosphate ions to be released. A calcium phosphate layer then forms and crystallizes as hydroxylapatite, a form of hard and strong mineral in teeth.

I have had dental issues for years a family history of bad teeth, topped with a side of growing up on well (so non-flouridated) water, compounded by a lack of dental insurance until about 15 months ago.After some research, I added this to my dental regimen and the difference has been night and day. No more cold sensitivity. I can literally chew ice now after years of barely being able to drink an iced drink.Yeah, this may cost a bit more than buying it at the store, but it is well worth the few extra bucks if you have bad teeth.

Very good over all when it comes to sensitive teeth and teeth comfort needs but it does not work on whitening them as others..stains does not come out so well...I have not found these helps wi cavity or healing effect either like some claims to be...used 1 tube out of 3 so far..

Already LOVE this toothpaste. My mouth feels insanely clean after using it.I am excited at the fact that this has NOVAMIN, which remineralizes your teeth and helps prevent and repair cavities.I recommend anyone using this also ensure their diet is supplemented with vitamins D and Calcuim.Both of these vitamins are extremely important in protecting from cavities from the inside out, while the toothpaste is repairing from the outside in. I lost 3 teeth, 4 more to root canals, and suddenly I haven't had any cavities in the past 2 years from eating more healthy, using vitamins and using great toothpaste.

This is a good product, but probably would not purchase it again since it had to come from out of the country. Had it done for me what others said the "Novamin" product did for them, I would most definitely continue to get it. However, for me it worked just like regular toothpaste.

I have really sensitive teeth (as I'm sure most of us purchasing this product do) and US Sensodyne does nothing for me. I wish the FDA would approve NovaMin for use here in the States so it would be less expensive. This stuff works well for my teeth, and I will repurchase in the future.

I had been ordering this product for several years. This time seller was "Deals on the Go". Out of 3 tubes, one tube did not contain the toothpaste but was filled with what appeared to be chalk dust and tomato sauce! The other two tubes had toothpaste with nova min. This shattered my confidence in ordering stuffs fulfilled outside of USA.

I use this brand as recommendation from a friend. It's pricey but i can see why. It feels nice in mouth even after first use. I am currently pregnant so my gum bleed very easy. This definitely help a lot with that.
