These placemats completely ruined my table!! At first I thought it was because of the heat (although placemats should be able to withstand that anyways) but even under the placemat where no one sits, my table looks like these pictures. There is plastic or glue or something stuck to the table. We will end up having to sand the whole table top and refinish it. Awful awful product!! Would not recommend anyone buying these!!! If I could give it zero or negative stars I would!!!

I used my placemats for the first time last night. They look absolutely perfect with my Fiestaware colorful plates. (Wish I'd thought to take a photo!) Unfortunately I quickly discovered however that these placemats don't provide a moisture barrier between the items on them and the table. As the glasses with ice water "sweated" the moisture went through the mats and onto the table top. Because they are so pretty I will continue to use these mats but this is an issue that could cause a problem on some tables, so wanted to make others aware. I'm not sure about heat resistance as I didn't place anything very hot on one. They are super easy to clean and create a really pretty look for my table!

I have been looking for thin, sturdy placements that were also colorful for a long time. We had some old, thivk vinyl ones that finally were too far gone. I was hesitant to try the woven PVC style, but am happy I purchased these. They match our Fiesta dishes, which are very colorful, and are very easy to clean. Food particles and crumbs do not get stuck in the woven PVC, and they either shake, brush, or simply wipe clean. I expect they will last a very long time. If you are hesitant about this style, but need to try something new, I would highly recommend these. I think this set was also the only set that offered multiple colors in a single set, which was a benefit for us and our decor.

I was weary buying this with only one review on here, but I must say I am glad I did. I love the Coffee colors and they match my table so well! I must say they are extremely durable and will last a long time! These are not too thick but not so thin that they don't do their job. I LOVE them. I am going to add some photos of them on my table with light and with low lighting, so you are able to see the colors on my dining table. LOVE LOVE LOVE these!

My order arrived on time within a couple of days (Prime member). The place mats are lovely. They are thin. They arrived flat, not rolled like some reviews mentioned. I also purchased the matching runner. The colors are lovely as you can see in the pics. They withstood the heat from Thanksgiving dinner. I shook off the crumbs and wiped them with a cloth. I have only had them for a short while. Therefore, if any issues arise, I will update my post at a later date. Thanks.

I'm a little disappointed. They are good placemats in that they protect the table from scratches and heat from hot food-laden plates, but they do not protect from glasses with condensation. They are woven, so have small holes that allow for liquid to reach the table surface. That was stated in the description, so it was my fault that I didn't give that more thought before I purchased them. I have a slight problem with the color. They looked great when I opened the box. They are a nice dark red with a slight leaf pattern...attractive. Once I placed them on the table, however, they seemed to each take on a slightly different color depending on how the light was hitting them.

These are really nice place mats! It looks pretty and very durable with my family of 6. Even though they are weaved, they are easy to clean. I use wipes and it takes food off easily. And we’ve had many spills... as long as you dap the spill right away , it doesn’t seap through. This was a really good value for the price too!

I wanted easy to clean placemats that would not wear out quickly. I have this style in a different color form our outdoor table and I was impressed with the way they look and clean. These dark brown and black on my natural mahogany table (with a deep red honey colored wood) come alive when the overhead dining light is on. They become a stunning copper and black. I bought the table runner to match and love it!
