NOT APPROVED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION!
BUYERS BEWAREI bought this mailbox thinking that it will work with my brand new building, however i came to the surprise that it is not approved by the USPS for new construction, so i cannot have the master lock installed. If your building is 2012 or newer this will NOT work for you! (You will need to go with mailboxes that have the 4C regulation compliance) If your building/construction is older than 2012, it will work.The product overall is good quality, no complains on that regard. My bad review is for it no to clearly state the fact that it is not meant for new construction.

Not meant for outdoors where exposed to elements (rain, snow, etc)
I like the product for my use, however when the postoffice employee came to install their lock, we were told that this unit hasn't been allowed for postal installation since 1999. And we had to argue with him to get him to install the postoffice lock, as we had a stamped approval from our local postmaster. So far they haven't come back to remove their lock, but we watch every day as this was implied by the postal installer.

Great mail box set. Nice color and finish. The set of boxes removes as a unit so you can easily hang the frame.

Strong mailbox does it's job.

Replaced what was destroyed by a hurricane.
It was easy to install and use by both patrons and postman. All are happy with this purchase and installation.

The lock doesn’t work.
I ordered two boxes. One on each of them is not useable because the tang isn’t long enough to lock it. Mail person won’t deliver.
