Must do what it’s supposed to and it does

Product defective and cannot be returned
I am a regular user of Kenra Volume Mousse and consider it an excellent product. The one I ordered online was defective and when I turned it upside down and pushed the button, liquid instead of foam came out. I tried several timnes, but no foam is produced and instead liquid comes out of the sprout. I went online to return the product and received the message "This item not elegible for return" When I purchased it I was unaware that I coluld not return it and that should be written on the product description. However, t would have purchased it anyway since I have never had any problem with the Kenra product I purchase at my Kroger store.. I am disappointed that a totally defective product cannot be reurned.

Great product
I ordered this product in March 2021. The ordered included 2 cans of the Kendra mousse. I used the first one snd it was great, but I just started the second can and it will not create the mousse foam, it is just runny liquid, no matter I shake it. I have bought this product several times, and have never had this experience. Please advise. Thank you!

This Kenra volume mousse smells great and gives life to my fine thin hair. It helps with combatting the frizz I get when I was not using a product and of course gives great volume!! Highly recommend
