Great quality pet food!
Always packaged good for a perishable item, and arrives before the expected delivery date. Both my cat and dog enjoy it. Both have digestive issues with wet and dry food, this raw food has shown no issues. The individual cubes make it easier to portion and defrost.

Some teething problems with delivery.
Although the delivery firm stated, will prove delivery with photo of open door, this company has made other arrangements and so had delivery left in direct sunlight after being giver 20 mi uses notice of pending delivery and stated that it was delivered on time and so no refund would be entertained. Luckily I was home in time to get out of the sun and in the freezer. Also when I spoke to the business owner about the issue she stated that she had bigger issues to deal with than my delivery issue. Good quality food and value for money but issues with delivery amd customer service.

I'd prefer no chicken
My dog doesn't mind the variety of mines but hates the chicken I wish I could select what mince I want because I always purchase 30 prices of 4 chunks

Great raw food
Unfortunately I bought this going by the photo which showed 80:10:10, however itās not, as per the description it is chicken mince only with no bone content. Have to supplement dogs diet with veg and sprats to get the correct calcium - but aside from that it is excellent food and the dogs love it!
