Good product with good health benefits
Bought the wheat germs for the first time after reading about their health benefits especially low glycemic index. Replaced rice with wheat germs and cooking and using them the same way. Cooked them in the rice cooker with water (1:1) and they turned out to be light and fluffy. Hoping to cut out rice mostly if not completely for a few months. Will buy more of these.

I like to heat it up with some milk as part of breakfast , after being boiled , it taste not that raw anymore , lol

Great filler for meatloaf
I used this instead of bread or rice or oatmeal to make a meatloaf. Wonderfully smooth and adds a subtle depth of flavor.

Seems to Make a Difference
The package of four took weeks to arrive but it’s a product I use daily so I trust it. If you’re concerned about your health and longevity wheat germ or spermicide should be part of your regimen.
