Cheap
This faucet is just OK. I work for a design company, and we will often recommend Delta products to our clients. I might second guess this from now on after buying this faucet. When replacing my own kitchen faucet, I hunted for several days trying to find a design that suits my kitchen without breaking the bank. I settled on this design. Obviously they want you to use a licensed plumber because the directions were terrible! Thank goodness my husband knows how to install plumbing fixtures. There is a strange tube that just slides on (not threaded) your water fittings. I must have pulled the sprayer out too far which cause this tube to come off. I quickly turned off the water, looked under the sink to find that the non-threaded tube came off, soaking everything under the sink. Not sure how or why Delta thought that was a good design. The soap dispenser is made of plastic and looks cheap. They probably do this because soap tends to corrode metal quickly. The banding around the sprayer looks slightly off compared to the rest of the faucet. We couldn't tell if it also is made of plastic like the soap dispenser or if it is metal sheeting. Not sure how that will hold up over time. The sprayer has barely any pressure behind it so it takes more time to spray off a dish. The splashes spray setting doesn't really work because of how high the spout is. Major design flaw. I doubt this will last 10 years like my old faucet did. I would LOVE to send this back, but after the fiasco of installing this, my husband is not willing to redo it. It looks pretty from afar which is why I gave it an extra star. My suggestion from a designer point of view is to steer clear of this design. Hey DELTA - please use higher quality materials like you used to do!

Nice faucet ... practical
I read the reviews about the need for sufficient water pressure to make the wand with the spray, stream & 'spray shield' cone dish rinser work. So, I was aware of that going in. I ordered the faucet anyway. When it came I hooked it up, which wasn't bad. The only difficulty was a need for long arms, LOL. Just a couple of inches would have made it easier to reach under & past the sinks to tighten the nuts securing the plate, faucet & soap dispenser. I tried it from my back but at 73 years old, it was hard on my neck & shoulders. I found that just reaching from the outside, feeling my way reaching under the sinks to tighten nuts was easier on my body. The online instructions on the Delta faucet site I found more clear than what came in the box, maybe just easier to read for my eyes? When you order the plate to cover the 3 holes in a sink, like I did. The setup is different from the free-standing faucet rising from one hole in a marble counter top. Don't get confused between the two directions. The parts I had to work with were a little different than the directions but I worked it out without any problems. The hot & cold hoses from the faucet to the angle stops is that firm Delta Pex material. I worked with it before on previous Delta kitchen faucet installs. I just looped it as shown in picture to make the attachment to the angle stop valve connection. It loops nice & the nut attaches to the angle stop valve connection fairly easily. Whew! After I got the faucet installed & turned on the water I noticed the pressure was low coming out of the wand. Ugh! My fears were realized. I removed the wand by unscrewing it from the hose. I don't know if this is the proper procedure, so perhaps talking to a Delta rep to confirm this is OK ... before trying this at home. The other way is to go under the sink & remove the blue clasp connecting the water intake lines to the faucet hose. The pull out the wand & faucet hose as one unit. Anyway, at this point I didn't care. I wasn't going back under the sink unless I had to. So, I removed the wand, then turned on the water to see what kind of pressure was coming out of the faucet hose. There was more than enough pressure! So, I knew it was not anything behind the wand. It was the wand! I called Delta faucet customer service. It was a 20 minutes wait. Probably Covid related staffing issues? It was worth the wait. I explained the above to the customer service rep. He agreed the issue was the wand & sent me a new one under warranty free of charge, no shipping $ even. I anxiously waited to see if it was going to work. Voila! It worked. It came with the hose attached which may be the best way to remove & install a new wand. Again, my way of unscrewing the wand from the hose may have unforeseen consequences. The main thing to me is. The replacement of the wand fixed the low water pressure. The soap dispenser is cool. It installed it as an after-thought. But, after having used it. It works great limiting the amount of soap as compared to pouring soap out from the bottle which is usually too much. The faucet looks great & is functional.

Outstanding functionality
Unlike 9 out of 10 sprayer faucets, It doesn’t splatter. Also unlike 9 out of 10 single-lever faucets, It’s very easy to adjust the flow. It’s also really easy to switch from spray to stream. Despite being the very best functioning kitchen faucet I’ve ever used, there are a few issues that prevent me from rating 5 stars: The hose is not the best quality and I expect it to start fraying; I expected Delta to use a metal hose. If you’re not using full pressure, the spray head doesn’t always retract by itself. The spout on the soap dispenser is too short and really stiff, so it’s not easy to use one-handed. Overall, it’s still an awesome faucet!

This is the best faucet
This faucet is wonderful. After different purchases from a big box store, I took a chance on this faucet/brand. I am glad I did. Instillation was performed by hubby & you have to cut the blue & red plexi hose to under your sink's specific measurements, so make sure this faucet is for you. The magnetic docking faucet spout is truly magnificent & I will never go back to nonmagnetic. The Spray Shield Technology that permits the forceful jet stream within the waterflow is great and does a terrific job removing food debris from dishes & not splashing everywhere. We have used this faucet for 5 months and have had no problems. I highly recommend it.

it's great.
Doing a redo in my kitchen. put in an new farmhouse sink and wanted a pull down faucet. this one is a good color, and matches new appliances. my sink is in front of a low window so this faucet is just the right height, tall but not gigantic. I am very happy with it so far. the pull down works great, unlike my last try.

Great US made faucet
I love this faucet! The black stainless matches our appliances. The water shield for the power spray helps reduce splashing. It's made in the USA!

Disappointing
I am not very happy with the faucet......there is a weak stream at best, the shower option is 3 holes on each side of the faucet head. The what I assume is supposed to be an off button just causes a crazy stream ( photo )I used to have a Kohler at our last home, not alot more expensive but WAY better quality. The head itself also cannot tilt when pulled out, not convenientWill replace sooner than later, expensive lesson
